Best Western Plus Lakeland

My queen room was available with a small refrigerator and coffee. The location was quiet and magnificent for exploring this very nice area, adjacent to restaurants, a very nice area and Lakeland.

Its location was peaceful, in the middle of the city.

the water pressure in the shower was low. but the room was clean and comfortable! breakfast was a hot buffet with eggs, sausage, and pancakes. staff was friendly throughout our stay.

In general the staff were VERY GOOD and welcoming.

The room was super clean and really comfortable, a huge plus. Loved the cute little coffee maker and mini fridge. They were handy. The bathroom soap smelled amazing! But the breakfast was honestly the highlight, with a ton of options like eggs, sausage, and a fun pancake machine. The stay was great, especially with how cute the staff was!

the staff were very good, welcoming and helped me with free parking. central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, favourable and excellent location. lots of delicious breakfast options.

The check-in was a nightmare!!! Staff lacked urgency during peak times, leading to long waits for assistance. The thin walls allowed disruptive noise from neighbors to intrude on my peace. I was also disappointed by the limited dining options in the area!!!

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast was a good hot buffet with eggs, sausage, and pancakes. It was a great family holiday, and we appreciated the friendly staff throughout our visit.

The room was super comfy with a nice seating area and a flat-screen TV. I loved having a coffee maker and fridge right there. The free WiFi made it so easy to stay connected. Everything felt fresh and inviting, perfect for winding down after a long day.

Not a fan of the key card system for lights; it felt a bit inconvenient.

The team was friendly and welcoming during my business trip. I found the fitness center to be spotless and well-equipped, allowing me to stay active while on the road. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

Our stay at Best Western Plus was fantastic! We visited Circle B Preserve nearby and loved it. the staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home in this new, clean, and beautifully designed hotel. The breakfast options were delicious, the location was perfect for our needs, and the service was impeccable. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.
